Refund policy
At Soleris, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Every item is carefully checked before it leaves our facility. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, you can request an exchange by reaching out to our support team at solerispk@gmail.com or 0302-7725777.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
All returned items must arrive in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
If an item is returned without any defect but the customer chooses not to keep it, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
