We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions, prices and other product information are accurate.

However, the appearance of colours and textures may vary slightly depending on:

Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, stitching placement or measurement may occur and will not necessarily constitute a defect.

When an order is cancelled after prepaid payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to the original payment method and our Refund and Exchange Policy.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been packed, handed to a courier or dispatched.

Section 5 — Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders and delivery locations within Pakistan.

Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders agree to:

• Provide an accurate and complete delivery address
• Provide a reachable telephone number
• Respond to reasonable order-verification messages or calls
• Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel
• Pay the complete amount due to the courier upon delivery

We may cancel an unverified Cash on Delivery order.

We may also limit or refuse Cash on Delivery for customers with repeated refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders.

Opening a parcel before payment will depend on the individual courier’s rules and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated by Soleris.

Section 6 — Prices, Taxes and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The price charged will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Product prices, promotional offers, discounts and delivery charges may change without prior notice. Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers will not be charged an amount that was not disclosed during checkout or order confirmation.

For prepaid orders, you confirm that:

Customers should report missing, visibly damaged or incorrect parcels promptly using the contact information below.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.

A customer requesting assistance for a damaged, defective or incorrect item may be asked to provide:

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
